1.Accounts Clerk x 2
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in any accounting course or equivalent. A degree in Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Be computer literate with hands on knowledge of Pastel Partner Version 18
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar position.
- Ability to work under pressure paying attention to detail.
Main responsibilities
- Reconciling all incomes with the bank statements monthly
- Writing of payment vouchers and reconciliation of all payments with the bank statements
- Capturing of incomes and payments into the pastel accounting system
2.Procurement Officer
Qualifications and experience
- A diploma in Purchasing and Supply.A degree in Purchasing and Supply will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of three years relevant experience
Main responsibility
- Handling and managing all procurement of goods and services in line with the PRAZ requirements.
3.Personal Assistant to the Registrar
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies
- Computer literate
- 5 years relevant experience
Main responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the registrar’s schedule and appointments
- Typing and distribution of notices, agendas and minutes of all council and committee minutes.
- Liaising with both internal and external clients
